TruFusion Retreat at The Amalfi Coast

Terms and Conditions for Reservation:
It is the customer’s responsibility to check the reservation and ensure that the particulars contained therein are correct.

TruFusion Washington, represented by its owner company, TFO LLC, hereinafter called “TruFusion” and Amalfi Coast Yoga Retreats, hereinafter called “Amalfi” or “The Company” or “Retreat Hosts”, accepts bookings from individual attendees on the following conditions:

Booking Deposit and Cancellation Policy
A 50% deposit is due at the signature of this contract to confirm your reservation for the TruFusion Retreat. The balance must be paid within 90 days of the arrival date. For cancellations made more than 90 days prior to the arrival date, refunds minus 25% will be given. No refunds for cancellations less than 90 days in advance. If payment of the balance is not received by the due date TruFusion reserves the right to cancel the reservation and retain the deposit.

Amalfi Coast Yoga Retreats and TruFusion are not held liable for flight, train or travel costs. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that he/she has all the relevant travel documentation and arrives at the airport or train station on time to board their mode of transportation. Amalfi Coast Yoga Retreats and TruFusion can accept no responsibility for delay or cancellation of any flights, train, buses or other forms of transport.

The customer shall not use the property except for permitted use and shall not use the property for any offensive, noisy,dangerous, illegal, entertainment, immoral or improper purposes. The customer shall not do anything which may be a nuisance or annoyance to Amalfi Coast Yoga Retreats and its guests, staff or owners.

The customer shall keep all Amalfi Coast Yoga Retreats fixtures, fittings, furniture and effects in a clean and good condition and shall replace any articles which are destroyed or missing with articles of a similar kind and of equal value.

Amalfi Coast Yoga Retreats reserves the right at its sole discretion to terminate use of the property or any of its facilities by the customer in the event of any breach of these terms and conditions. The customer will be required to vacate the property and Amalfi Coast Yoga Retreats shall not refund payment or accept any consequential liability damages or loss.

Amalfi Coast Yoga Retreats and TruFusion reserve the right to alter any excursion or yoga activity due to unforeseen circumstances, such as, but not limited to, inclement weather.

The customer must comply fully with all and any health and safety regulations introduced by Amalfi Coast Yoga Retreats. The customer must ensure that he/she is medically and physically fit and able to use our facilities and participate in activities.Customers who have injuries or illnesses are advised to seek doctor’s advice if practicing yoga. Amalfi Coast Yoga Retreats and TruFusion are not liable for any injuries to the customer in his/her use of our facilities or participation in activities. A customer must always stop and rest if he/she is feeling any pain or illness and inform the teacher of any previous injuries.

Amalfi Coast Yoga Retreats and TruFusion cannot accept any responsibility for loss or damage of personal possessions or valuables of the Customer.

Amalfi Coast Yoga Retreats and TruFusion accepts no liability for loss, damage, injury or illnesses which may be received during the customers stay or traveling to and from Amalfi Coast Yoga Retreats.

In order to avoid monetary inconvenience to the customer, we strongly recommend that all customers have adequate travel, cancellation and medical insurance for the duration of the trip. We strongly recommend the purchase of “Cancel for Any Reason” (CFAR) insurance where available.

Force Majeure
Amalfi Coast’s and/or TruFusion’s failure to perform any term or condition of this contract as a result of an extraordinary event or circumstance beyond its control such as, but not limited to, war, strikes, riots, fires, floods, acts of God, natural disasters, epidemics, governmental restrictions, power failures, or damage or destruction of any facility, shall not be deemed a breach of this Contract.

Amalfi Coast and/or TruFusion reserves the right to cancel the reservation in case of force majeure. In this event, no refund is possible. Amalfi Coast and/or TruFusion is not responsible for any expenses or damages incurred as a result of event cancellation including preparation costs, airline tickets, travel documents or other expenses. Travel insurance is always recommended.

Rates and Gratuities
The price quoted for any stay in Xinalani Retreat covers the selected accommodation, all meals
minus 3 lunches and 1 dinner,, all taxes and the use of all Amalfi Coast facilities.

Although optional, staff gratuities are highly encouraged. Recommended gratuity per guest is 10-15% for drivers, waitstaff, guides and other service providers.

Rates per room are expressed in USD and assume double occupancy. The rate does NOT
include air transportation or travel insurance. Travel insurance is highly recommended.

Food, Beverages and Excursions
All meals are included in the price, minus 3 lunches and 1 dinner. Excursions include: Capri tour, Path of the Gods tour, Positano half day tour, and a cooking class.
